PROGRAM INCLUDES:-

BASICS OF TELESCOPE – Session based on the explanation on fundamentals of Telescope uses and its types.

ROCKET LAUNCHER PROGRAM – This is a Skill Development Program based on Teamwork and Planning. Students will be asked to prepare Model Rockets with the help of materials that are used in our daily life. In this activity our goal is to have our rocket shoot up the highest and the straightest among other teams. We will learn about rocket design and flight, and work as a team to construct and test our rocket.

SPACE LANDER PROGRAM – In this program Students learn about shock-absorption and stability. The key is to keep testing and modifying the design of our Space Lander to enhance stability and absorb the shock from impact.

STAR GAZING – An activity having educational and entertaining mind bender using big telescopes, lasers and fun under some of the best stargazing skies on the planet.

ORIENTATION OF NIGHT SKY CHARTS - Planisphere is a star chart analogue computing instrument in the form of two adjustable disks that rotate on a common pivot. It can be adjusted to display the visible stars for any given time and date. It is an instrument to assist in learning how to recognize stars and constellations.

CONSTELLATION HUNT - Constellation is a Latin word meaning “set with stars”. In constellation hunting we will explore the group of stars that appears to form a pattern or picture for e.g. Orion the Great Hunter, Leo the Lion, or Taurus the Bull.

DEEP SKY OBJECT OBSERVATION – This activity involves with the observation of celestial objects that exist outside our solar system. Deep Sky Objects Namely Nebulae, Star Clusters, and Galaxies etc. will be observed during the session.

PLANET WATCH - Learning new things about our neighboring planets based on the   study of their design, feature and moon of planets existing in our Solar System.

Star Gazing with Astro Model Work

If you love stargazing, chase meteor showers, or want to simply soak in the sights of an illuminated night sky then Astro tourism is for you. Astronomy session under the Amazing dark and beautiful night sky is something everyone needs to experience. How to find a direction in night without any instruments? How to read a Planisphere, to know in which month Constellations, Planets, Nebula and many other celestial objects are visible? Our educator will teach you in very interesting way. Whether it be a Stargazing session, exploring the Sky and watching the planets. Study the features and details of planets like rings of Saturn; equatorial belt of Jupiter with four moon IO, Europa, Ganymede and Callisto (which are bigger than mercury). You can also watch craters and mountains of moons through our telescope at that time our educator teach interesting facts about planets.
